Welcome to Bearing Healing Arts! By using our services — including Reiki energy healing sessions, Tarot readings, and Spiritual coaching, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and protect both you (the client) and us (the provider). Please read them carefully.

Bearina Healings Arts offers energy healing sessions based on the practice of Reiki. These services are intended for stress relief, relaxation, and overall energetic balance. Reiki is a complementary therapy. It is not licensed by the State of California as a form of medical care. Reiki practitioners are not licensed physicians or mental health providers. Reiki does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions and is not a substitute for licensed medical care. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

California Law Notice

California State Law (Sections 2053.5 and 2053.6 of the Business and Professions Code): In California, certain disclosures are required for complementary or alternative healing arts practitioners. By booking and/or receiving Reiki services, you acknowledge that you have received this information and understand that Reiki is an alternative or complementary form of healing art, not licensed by the State of California.
In compliance with California law, you must acknowledge and sign that you have received this information before obtaining these services. All necessary details are provided in the New Client Form.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All client records and sessions are kept confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by California law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others, child or elder abuse).

We comply with relevant California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

Code of Conduct

Clients must treat practitioners and staff with respect at all times.
The practitioner reserves the right to terminate any session early if a client behaves inappropriately, including sexual advances, harassment, or disrespect. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability Waiver

By scheduling and participating in Reiki services with Bearina Healing Arts, you agree that:

You are voluntarily participating in Reiki.
You understand the services offered are for non-medical, wellness purposes only.
You release Bearina Healing Arts, its owner(s), employees, and contractors from any and all liability associated with your participation in Reiki sessions.
